Dear Pioneer Families!

While we are not quite ready to open registration, we want you to know we are putting plans in place to offer summer camp in 2021. As soon as we have the go-ahead from government and health authorities, we will be in touch with registration links and details.

In the meantime, we want you to know what you can expect from us when camp does open. We really missed having our camps full of lively campers last summer and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure camp is a safe, fun-filled and wonderful place for them to return to this year.

Be assured that safety is our top priority, as it always is when it comes to caring for campers. We will be following all precautions and guidelines that government and health authorities set for us. As you know, these guidelines sometimes change and so we ask for your patience as we respond as efficiently as possible.

Over the past year, we have reviewed our site and programs and implemented appropriate protocols that meet or exceed public health requirements. We have paid particular attention to dining areas, bathrooms and sleeping quarters.

We are setting up spaces and planning programs in a way that still allows campers to experience the community, activities and joy of camp. It is so important for campers to experience the breadth of freedom being at camp offers them. We hope they will experience a week free from anxieties.

We anticipate we will have to reduce our camper capacity and we have readjusted our programming to provide us adequate time between camps.

If you have any questions about registering your child for camp this summer, please do not hesitate to reach to us at 204-788-1070. We want to ensure that you are as comfortable sending your child to camp as we are in welcoming them.
